वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में भारतीय रेलवे की प्रमुख उपलब्धियां  

भारतीय रेलवे ने वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 1512 एमटी की रिकॉर्ड माल ढुलाई की  

वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के दौरान 6542 आरकेएम का रिकॉर्ड विद्युतीकरण किया, रिकॉर्ड 5243 किलोमीटर लंबी नई लाइनें बिछाईं,  अब तक की सर्वाधिक स्क्रैप बिक्री की

भारतीय रेलवे (आईआर) ने वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के दौरान माल ढुलाई, विद्युतीकरण, नई लाइनें बिछाने/दोहरीकरण/आमान परिवर्तन, लोको उत्पादन और इसके साथ ही सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी के एकीकरण सहित विभिन्न श्रेणियों में शानदार उपलब्धियां हासिल कीं।

वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में भारतीय रेलवे (आईआर) की अत्‍यंत प्रमुख उपलब्धियां नीचे दी गई हैं:

1. माल ढुलाई और राजस्व: भारतीय रेलवे ने वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के 1418 एमटी की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के दौरान 1512 एमटी की माल ढुलाई की है, और इस तरह से माल ढुलाई में 6.63% की उल्‍लेखनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की है। यह किसी एक वित्त वर्ष में भारतीय रेलवे द्वारा की गई अब तक की सर्वाधिक माल ढुलाई है। भारतीय रेलवे ने 2021-22 के 1.91 लाख करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के दौरान 2.44 लाख करोड़ रुपये का राजस� ��व हासिल किया है जो कि 27.75% की वृद्धि दर्शाती है। भारतीय रेलवे ने ‘हंग्री फॉर कार्गो’ के मूलमंत्र को अपनाते हुए ‘कारोबार करने में आसानी’ के साथ-साथ प्रतिस्पर्धी दरों पर सेवा उपलब्‍धता को बेहतर करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास किए हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप पारंपरिक और गैर-पारंपरिक कमोडिटी दोनों से ही जुड़ा नया व्‍यवसाय रेलवे को प्राप्‍त हो रहा है। व्यवसाय विकास इकाइयों के ग्राहक � �ेंद्रित दृष्टिकोण एवं कार्यकलापों के साथ-साथ अत्‍यंत प्रभावकारी नीति निर्माण से रेलवे को यह ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि हासिल करने में काफी मदद मिली है।

2. रिकॉर्ड विद्युतीकरण: भारतीय रेलवे ‘मिशन 100 प्रतिशत विद्युतीकरण’ को पूरा करने के लिए बड़ी तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है और इसकी बदौलत दुनिया में सबसे बड़ा हरित रेलवे नेटवर्क बन गया है। भारतीय रेलवे के इतिहास में 2022-23 के दौरान 6,542 आरकेएम का रिकॉर्ड विद्युतीकरण किया गया है। पिछला रिकॉर्ड विद्युतीकरण 2021-22 के दौरान 6,366 आरकेएम का किया गया था, और इस तरह से 2.76% की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई।

3. नई लाइनों (नई लाइनें बिछाने/दोहरीकरण/आमान परिवर्तन) के मामले में 2021-22 के 2909 किलोमीटर की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 5243 किलोमीटर हासिल किया गया। इस प्रकार हर दिन औसतन 14.4 किमी लंबा ट्रैक बिछा दिया जाता है। यह अब तक की सर्वाधिक कमीशनिंग भी है।

4. स्वचालित सिग्नलिंग: भारतीय रेलवे के मौजूदा उच्च घनत्व या यातायात वाले मार्गों पर और भी अधिक ट्रेनें चलाने हेतु लाइन क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए ‘स्वचालित ब्लॉक सिग्नलिंग’ एक किफायती समाधान या व्‍यवस्‍था है। भारतीय रेलवे ने 2021-22 के 218 किलोमीटर की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान स्वचालित सिग्नलिंग के जरिए 530 किलोमीटर का उन्नयन किया है, जिसमें 143.12% की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। ये भारतीय रेलवे के इतिहास में स्वचालित सिग्नलिंग में हासिल किए गए सर्वश्रेष्ठ आंकड़े भी हैं।

5. डिजिटली इंटरलॉक्ड स्टेशन (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरलॉकिंग): पुराने लीवर फ्रेम से लेकर कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम तक में बड़ी संख्या में डिजिटली इंटरलॉक्ड स्टेशन बनाए गए हैं। ट्रेनों के परिचालन में डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकियों का लाभ उठाने और सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरलॉकिंग को अपनाया जा रहा है। 2021-22 के 421 स्टेशनों की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 538 स� �टेशनों को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरलॉकिंग प्रदान की गई जो कि 27.79% की वृद्धि को दर्शाती है।

6. फ्लाईओवर/अंडरपास: सड़कों पर बनी पटरियों को पार करने में जनता की सहूलियत के लिए 2021-22 के 994 फ्लाईओवर/अंडरपास की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 7.14% की वृद्धि दर्ज करते हुए 1065 फ्लाईओवर/अंडरपास सुलभ कराए गए।

7. एफओबी:: यात्रि‍यों/पैदल यात्रि‍यों को क्रॉस करने में सहूलियत के लिए 2021-22 के 373 एफओबी की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 375 एफओबी का निर्माण किया गया।  

8. समपार फाटक हटाए गए: समपार फाटकों (लेवल क्रॉसिंग या एलसी गेट) पर लोगों की सुरक्षा चिंता का प्रमुख विषय रहा है। 2021-22 के 867 समपार फाटकों की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 880 समपार फाटकों को हटाया गया।

9. गति शक्ति फ्रेट टर्मिनल: माल ढुलाई में अपनी मॉडल हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के लिए भारतीय रेलवे ‘गति शक्ति फ्रेट टर्मिनलों’ के विकास को प्राथमिकता दे रही है। 2021-22 के 21 फ्रेट टर्मिनलों की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 30 फ्रेट टर्मिनल बनाए गए।

10. लिफ्ट/ एस्केलेटर: ‘सुगम्य भारत अभियान’ के तहत रेल प्लेटफॉर्म पर दिव्यांगजनों, वृद्धों और बच्चों की आवाजाही को सुगम्‍य बनाने के लिए भारतीय रेलवे देश भर में रेलवे स्टेशनों पर लिफ्ट और एस्केलेटर लगा रही है। 2021-22 के 208 लिफ्ट और 182 एस्केलेटर की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 215 लिफ्ट और 184 एस्केलेटर लगाए गए।

11. अब तक की सर्वाधिक स्क्रैप बिक्री की गई: भारतीय रेलवे स्क्रैप सामग्री जुटाकर और ई-नीलामी के माध्यम से इसकी बिक्री करके संसाधनों का इष्टतम उपयोग करने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास करती है। 2021-22 के 5316 करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में 2022-23 के दौरान 5736 करोड़ रुपये की स्क्रैप बिक्री की गई, जो कि 7.90% की वृद्धि दर्शाती है।

12. भारतीय रेलवे में 2022-23 के दौरान 414 स्टेशनों में यार्ड रिमॉडलिंग की गई।
