Right To Public Service Act

This act will come into force from 15th August 2011.the act has been formulated for the people of Bihar especially remote and under developed areas to give them services with ease and satisfaction.
The salient features of this act are listed below:
- Notified services would be given at stipulated time
- Receipt would be provided
- There is a provision of 2 levels of appeal in case the services are not provided in stipulated time.
- Caste/income/domicile certificate
- Ration card
- Pension scheme
- Land related services
- Driving license
- Scholarship etc
