A Google Internet Bus arrived in Patna on September 6, 2011. The bus will visit nine districts in Bihar to create awareness among the people about the use and application of internet, according to Google India Managing Director (Development and Research) Piyush Ranjan.
The bus which has already travelled 120 towns across south India, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, now will tour Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Ara, Saran, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur, Katihar and Purnia districts during its 40 days stay in the Bihar.Sources : http://www.news.biharprabha.com/2011/09/google-internet-bus-arrives-in-bihar/
