Patna, April 16, 2017: Kids showed their dancing skills with great zeal and enthusiasm in the sixth annual function of Nrityangan at Rabindra Bhavan here on Sunday.

Parents and guardians of the kids too enjoyed the enthralling show applauding on every efforts of their wards on the stage. Children danced on the beats of Bollywood hit numbers to justify what they had learnt through out the year.

Nrityangan also honoured 21 women from different section of the society for their contribution to the society with Women Empowerment Award.

Actor Sara Khan was star attraction of the event.

IAS officer Ganga Kumar, Sara Khan, Nrityangan directors Mousham Sharma and Rahul Sharma inaugurated the function jointly.

Women Empowerment Awards: Nandini Verma, Monika Srivastava, Namit Singh, Minakshi Jha Bannerjee, Priyanka Maharaj, Veena Gupta, Uma Singh, Lalima Singh and others.

Ex-Servicemen protest Pakistan action against Kulbhushan

Patna, April 16, 2017: Ex-Servicemen took out a rally and staged demonstration at Kargil Chowk against Pakistan military court for sentencing a former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav to death on fake charges of spying.

They demanded immediate release of Kulbhushan and stern action against Pakistan.

Ex-Servicemen Coordination Committee spokesman Dr Harshvardhan said Kulbhushan issue is a prestige issue for our country.

Christian priests greet Bihar CM on Easter
