"Lalu ji is my elder brother, I am ready for debate at RJD office", he said on Saturday before leaving for Bhubaneswar to attend BJP's national executive committee meeting.

He said he would file a defamation case against RJD spokesperson for making false allegations against his family members.

RJD spokesman Manoj Jha

Jha also labeled counter charges against SK Modi apprehending doubt on educational qualification of Modi's wife and benami property owned by the BJP leader.

"Who is the owner of the plush building located at road No 13 Rajendra Nagar? Modi's brother RK Modi has real estate business in Gurgaon and that can be linked to benami property", he said.

Earlier, Modi had unleashed another volley on Lalu family asking the source of income of Tej Pratap who purchased a piece of land for Rs 53 lakh at the age of 20.

"Tej Pratap also took a loan of more than Rs 2 crore citing this land", he said.
