West Bengal 12th Results 2020 Live: West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the class 12th or Higher Secondary examination results. The WBCHSE President Mahua Das announced the results in a press conference today.Students can check their results at wbresults.nic.in. West Bengal has recorded the highest ever pass percent - 90.13. A total of 6.8 lakh students out of 7,61,583 have cleared the Uccha Madhyamik exam. This year WBCHSE will not release the merit list for class 12th exam. Boys have outperformed girls again this year. West Bengal class 12th board exams were conducted in the month of March. But due to the Coronavirus pandemic, some of the examinations could not be conducted and were later cancelled.

Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has declared the Jharkhand Board class 12th results.The 2.3 lakh students who took the exams in three streams of Science, Commerce and Arts can check their scores on JAC’s official website at jac.jharkhand.gov.in. 58.99% students passed in science stream while 77.37% students in commerce stream and 82.53% students in arts stream.
Earlier, the result was scheduled to be announced at 1 pm which has been delayed now. After the results are declared, students who have taken the Jharkhand class 12 board examination will also be able to check their results
This year, over 2.34 lakh students wrote the intermediate (Class 12) examinations, which were conducted in February. This time, JAC had planned to declare the results by May but it was delayed due to the Coronavirus related nationwide lockdown.
JAC has already declared the results of class 10 board exams on July 8 in which 75.01% students passed, the best passing rate in the last five years.

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the 64th Combined Main (Written) Competitive Examination result on its website bpsc.bih.nic.in.
According to a report by Careers 360, the commission conducted the examination on 12, 13, 14 and 16 July 2019.
The result has been released in the PDF document and candidates can search for their roll number in it.
The report said that only candidates whose roll number is mentioned in the result are eligible for the interview. The date of the interview will soon announce be announced on the official website - www.bpsc.bih.nic.in.
As per a report by Hindustan Times, a total of 3,799 candidates have been shortlisted for interview round.
Of the shortlisted candidates, 1,953 are from unreserved category, 631 from scheduled caste category, 26 from scheduled caste, 698 from extreme backward class category, 367 from backward class category and 124 women are from backward category are selected.
Also, 147 Divyang candidates and 63 candidates are selected under the reservation category for granddaughters and grandsons of ex- freedom fighters.
The shortlisted candidates will have to carry along all the relevant documents and certificates with them at the time of interview.

BPSC had conducted its 64th prelims exam on 16 December 2018. More than 19,000 candidates of the nearly 3 lakh aspirants successfully cleared the preliminary test conducted by the BPSC to fill more than 1,400 vacancies in Bihar. The prelims result was declared on 24 February 2019.
