कोरोना संकट के बीच उत्तर प्रदेश में 20 मई से स्कूली छात्रों के लिए ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू होने जा रही हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा छोड़कर अन्य सभी स्तर के शिक्षण ससंथानों में 20 मई 2021 से ऑनलाइन क्लासेज शुरू हो जाएंगी। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई मंत्रीमंडल की वर्चअल बैठक में ये फैसला लिया गया है। इसके साथ ही राज्य में लागू आंशिक कोरोना कर्फ्यू को भी 24 मई तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया गाय है।
इससे पहले शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को पूरी तरह से बंद कर दिया गया। इस दौरान ऑनलाइन क्लासेज पर भी प्रतिबंध था। अब 20 मई के बाद से स्कूल और कॉलेजों में ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू हो जाएंगी, हालांकि ऑफलाइन कक्षाओं की अनुमति अभी नहीं मिली है। ऐसे में बच्चों को घर पर बैठकर ही पढ़ाई करनी होगी।
मंत्रीमंडल की बैठक में यूपी बोर्ड परीक्षाओं पर अभी कोई भी बात नहीं हुई है। 10वीं और 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा जून-जुलाई में आयोजित किए जाने के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं। हालांकि अभी सरकार ने इस पर कोई भी फैसला नहीं लिया है।
यूपी में कोरोना की स्थिति
उत्तर प्रदेश में कोरोना की स्थिति पर बात करें तो शनिवार को संक्रमण से 281 मरीजों की मौत हुई जबकि संक्रमण के 12,547 नये मामले सामने आये हैं। अपर मुख्य सचिव सूचना नवनीत सहगल ने शनिवार को पत्रकारों को बताया कि राज् य में संक्रमण की दर निरंतर कम हो रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले 24 घंटों में प्रदेश में 12,547 नये मामले सामने आये हैं जबकि 30 अप्रैल को 38 हजार नये मामले सामने आये थे। 30 अप्रैल को लगभग 3.10 लाख उपचाराधीन मामलों के सापेक्ष शनिवार को यह संख्या 1,77,643 हो गई है।
सभी जिलों में संक्रमण के नए मामले 1,000 से कम
आज जारी स्वास्थ्य बुलेटिन के अनुसार लंबे समय बाद शनिवार पहला ऐसा दिन रहा जब प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में संक्रमण के नए मामले 1,000 से कम रहे। पिछले 24 घंटों में सर्वाधिक मेरठ में 879, गोरखपुर में 801, लखनऊ में 617, गाजियाबाद में 527, गौतमबुद्धनगर में 480 और वाराणसी में 476 नये मरीज मिले जबकि इसी अवधि में सर्वाधिक 19 मरीजों की मौत मेरठ जिले में हुई। चंदौली में 15, कानपुर नगर में 14, लखनऊ और औरैया में 12- 12 तथा गौतम बुद्ध नगर व झांसी में 10-10 और मरीजों की मौत हो गई।
सांद्राभ या स्टेरॉयड (Steroids) जैवतः सक्रिय (biologically active) कार्बनिक यौगिक हैं जिनमें चार रिंग एक विशेष आण्विक संरचना में विन्यस्त होते हैं। स्टेरॉइड के मुख्य दो जैव कार्य हैं- (१) ये कोशिका की झिल्लियों के महत्वपूर्ण घटक हैं जो झिल्ली की फ्लुइडिटी को बदलते हैं, (२) ये संकेत अणु की भांति कार्य करते हैं। पादपों, जन्तुओं, और कवकों में सैकड़ों स्टेरॉइड पाये जाते हैं। इन सभी स्टेरॉयडों का निर्माण कोशिका के अन्दर होता है।
आजकल 'स्टेरॉयड' शब्द आमतौर पर दवाओं की एक श्रेणी के रूप में किया जाता है जिनका प्रयोग कई बीमारियों में इलाज के लिए किया जाता है। स्टेरॉयड दवाएं मानव-निर्मित होती हैं और प्राकृतिक स्टेरॉयडों का कृत्रिम रूप होती हैं। स्टेरॉयड दवाएं कई अलग-अलग चिकित्सीय स्थितियों के लिए उपयोग की जाती हैं। रोगों के इलाज के लिए उपयोग की जाने वाली स्टेरॉयड दवाओं के प्रकार को 'कॉर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड्स' कहा जाता है।
स्टेरॉयड का उपयोग पुरुषों में यौन हार्मोन बढ़ाने, प्रजनन क्षमता बढ़ाने, चयापचय (मेटबॉलिज्म) और रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता (इम्यूनिटी) को दुरुस्त करने के अलावा मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों का धनत्व बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ दर्द या अन्य दवाइयों के रूप में प्रयोग करते हैं।
स्टेरॉयड दवाएं कई अलग-अलग रूपों में ली जा सकती हैं, जो निम्नलिखित हैं -
- गोलियां, सिरप और तरल पदार्थ के रूप में, जैसे कि प्रेडनिसोलोन।
- इनहेलर्स और नाक में डालने वाले स्प्रे के रूप में, जैसे कि बीक्लोमेटासोन और फ्लुटाइकसोन।
- इंजेक्शन (जोड़ों, मांसपेशियों या रक्त वाहिकाओं में दिए जाते हैं), जैसे कि मेथाईलप्रेडनिसोलोन।
- क्रीम, लोशन और जैल के रूप में जैसे कि हाइड्रोकोर्टिसोन।

- एनाबोलिक स्टेरॉयड का लम्बे समय तक सेवन करने से कोरोनरी धमनी के रोग होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। आमतौर पर स्टेरॉयड का सेवन करने वालों का दिल धमनी के साथ ठीक से तालमेल नहीं बैठा पाता और क्षमता कम होने के साथ दिल कम लचीला हो जाता है।
- स्टेरॉयड का सेवन न करने वालों की धमनियों में प्लेक (गंदगी या मैल) बढ़ जाता है। प्लेक का बढ़ना हृदय रोगों का एक प्रमुख कारक है। थोड़े समय के लिए भी स्टेरॉयड लेना दिल को स्थायी रूप से नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।
- कोई व्यक्ति जितना अधिक स्टेरॉयड का सेवन करता है, उसके दिल को उतना अधिक नुकसान होता है।
- स्टेरॉयड किडनी फेल होने, लीवर की क्षति, टेस्टिकल्स के सिकुड़ने के लिए भी जिम्मेदार है। स्टेरॉयड के साइड इफेक्ट्स इसके सेवन को बंद करने के बाद भी कई वर्षों तक रह सकते हैं।

आमतौर पर "स्टेरॉयड" के रूप में जानी जाने वाली दवाओं के दो प्रकार हैं-
(१) कॉर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड्स : वे दवाइयां हैं जो डॉक्टर सूजन को नियंत्रित करने में मदद करने के लिए उपयोग करते हैं, जैसे कि कोर्टिसोन। कॉर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड्स फेफड़ों की श्वास नली में सूजन और म्यूकस उत्पादन को कम करने के लिए बहुत अच्छा इलाज है। वे अन्य त्वरित राहत प्रदान करने वाली दवाओं को बेहतर तरीके से काम करने में भी मदद करते हैं।
