SDEF SCHOLARSHIP-INDIA

Swami Dayanand Education Foundation provides Merit-cum-Means Scholarships to students pursuing professional courses in India. The aim of the Scholarship program is to offer help to deserving students who have secured the admission on the basis of merit at premier colleges in India. Thirty percent of our total scholarships are reserved for women. The Scholarship is offered to students pursuing Engineering, MBBS, Pharmacy, IT, and Architecture courses in Government or private Institutes in India.

There are many students who are not able to pursue higher studies due to financial constraints despite of having the ability and talent. Our aim is to inspire and transform the lives of brilliant and economically backward students. Educating youth has an impact not only on the individual but the family, the community, and the country as a whole.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship is available for all professionals – engineering, medical, architecture, etc, and other undergraduate courses.
65% or above Marks in 12th / CGPA of at least 6.5.
Annual Family Income of less than 6LPA
Dual scholarship allowed for students. (Those who are already availing of scholarship from any source can also apply for our scholarship)
Preference for students with working/salaried parents who can present salary certificate/income tax return proof

Bonafide Certificate from College
Admission Letter/Rank Certificate
Counselling letter for Seat Allotment
Proof of Semester/Annual fees paid by the students
Copy of Scholarship Letter/fee waiver/Education Loan, if you are availing any.
Residence Proof or Ration Card or Parent's ID Proof
Copy of Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID
Family Income Proof- Salary Certificate/Salary Slip (For 3 Months)/IT Return Form/Any other document justifying your family income
Agricultural land documents/Pics of Shop
Copy of Electricity Bill (3 months)
Education Loan Proof, if any
Rent Agreement, if any
House Pictures (Inside/Outside) & Family Photograph
Institute Bank details attested by the Institute
