KVIC begins online sale of Khadi Face Masks
The widely popular Khadi Face Masks are now available for online sale. This will benefit people in the remotest parts of the country particularly those who cannot afford to move out of their houses or visit Khadi India outlets due to constraints. The orders for the Khadi Masks can be placed at: http://www.kviconline.gov.in/khadimask.KVIC is selling both Khadi Cotton and Silk masks. While the Cotton face masks are priced nominally at Rs 30 per piece, the Silk masks are available for Rs 100 per piece. The minimum order for online purchase of masks is Rs 500, wherein buyers have the option of choosing from the four types of masks available, i.e. White Cotton masks with Black piping, White Cotton masks with Tri-colour piping, Silk masks in solid colours and Printed Silk masks in multiple colours. The KVIC delivers the masks for free within 5 days from the date of purchase. The online sale is currently valid within the country only.
KVIC Chairman Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena said the online sale of Khadi face masks has been started so that people buy only genuine Khadi face masks. “Online sale of Khadi masks also aims at preventing buyers from any fraud. Many online portals have been selling masks in the name of Khadi that are neither genuine Khadi fabric nor hand-made products. A number of people tend to fall in the trap of such misleading advertisements,” Saxena said.
Notably, The Khadi Cotton face masks are made of double-twisted 100% cotton fabric. These masks are double-layered with three pleats and available in three sizes - Small, Medium and Large. These masks are available in two patterns – white mask with black piping and white mask with tri-color piping.
The Silk masks, on the other hand, are triple-layered with two inner layers of 100% Khadi Cotton and the top layer of Khadi Silk fabric. The Silk masks are available in a wide range of color options in printed as well as non-printed patterns. Khadi Silk masks are available in a standard size with adjustable ear loops with attractive beads.

jac 10th result 2020 jharresults.nic.in Released : जैक 10वीं का रिजल्ट झारखंड एकेडमिक काउंसिल (जैक) द्वारा jac.jharkhand.gov.in पर जारी कर दिया गया। जेएसी 10वीं रिजल्ट की घोषणा राज्य के शिक्षा मंत्री जगरनाथ महतो जैक बोर्ड के कार्यालय से रिजल्ट का विवरण दे रहे हैं। जैक 10वीं रिजल्ट में कुल 75.01 फीसदी छात्रों को सफलता मिली है। इस परीक्षा में कुल 3.85 लाख छात्रों ने भाग लिया था जिसमें 2.88 लाख छात्र पास हुए हैं।जैक अध्यक्ष डॉ. अरविंद प्रसाद सिंह ने बताया कि रिजल्ट को लेकर सारी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई है। रिजल्ट दिन के एक बजे से जैक के वेबसाईट jac.jharkhand.gov.in में देखा जा सकता है। इसके साथ ही हिन्दुस्तान के डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म livehindustan.com पर भी रिजल्ट ऑनलाइन देखा जा सकता है। यहां दिए लिंक पर भी आप अपना रिजल्ट चेक कर सकते हैं।
राज्य के 3.86 लाख छात्र-छात्राओं ने मैट्रिक की परीक्षा दी है। पिछले वर्ष 2019 में मैट्रिक परीक्षा में 4.40 लाख परीक्षार्थी शामिल हुए थे। इस वर्ष मैट्रिक की परीक्षा 11 से 28 फरवरी तक आयोजित की गई थी। लॉकडाउन के कारण मूल्यांकन कार्य बढ़ाना पड़ा था। इस कारण भी रिजल्ट आने में विलंब हुआ है।
वर्ष 2019 में मैट्रिक का रिजल्ट 16 मई को जारी किया गया था. 4 लाख 38 हजार 256 परीक्षार्थियों में 3 लाख 10 हजार 158 छात्र-छात्रा सफल हुए थे. इनमें 1 लाख 68 हजार प्रथम श्रेणी और 1 लाख 26 हजार परीक्षार्थी द्वितीय श्रेणी से पास हुए थे. रिजल्ट के मामले में पलामू जिला अव्वल रहा था, जबकि गिरिडीह दूसरे और हजारीबाग तीसरे स्थान पर रहा था.

अलर्ट मोड में आ गया है। पटना में फिर से लॉकडाउन लगाने की घोषणा की है।

पटना, जेएनएन। Bihar News: बिहार की राजधानी पटना में काेरोना विस्फोट की स्थिति को देखते हुए प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड में आ गया है। बुधवार को रिकॉर्ड 235 नए मरीज मिले हैं। इसके बाद पटना में फिर से लॉकडाउन लगाने की घोषणा कर दी गई है। पटना डीएम ने बुधवार को अपराह्न बाद हो रही मीटिंग में यह निर्णय लिया है। इस संबंध में अधिसूचना भी जारी कर दी गई है। पुलिस को भी आवश्यक निेर्देश दिए गए हैं। वहीं, सचिवालय में भी आम आदमी की एंट्री पर रोक लगा दी गई है, जबकि पटना सदर का अंचल कार्यालय पहले से ही बंद कर दिया गया है। सीएम हाउस में भी सेनेटाइजेशन किया जा रहा है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, पटना में कोरोना की स्थिति भयावह होती जा रही है। इसे देखते हुए पटना डीएम कुमार रवि ने आवश्यक बैठक की है। पटना में सात दिनों के लिए लॉकडाउन लगाने की घोषणा कर दी गई है। यह शुक्रवार से लागू होगा और 16 जुलाई तक रहेगा। डीएम के साथ बैठक में पटना के सिविल सर्जन समेत कई वरीय अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।
बताया जाता है कि लॉकडाउन के तहत शुक्रवार से व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान और सरकारी दफ्तरों को बंद किया गया है। अति आवश्यक सेवाएं बहाल रहेंगी। पहले की तरह दिन भर सब्जी दुकानें नहीं खुलेंगी। वाहन चेकिंग जिले के बॉर्डर वाले इलाके में तेज होगी। एसडीओ को फाइन करने का आदेश दिया गया है। वाहन अनलाॅक2 के दिशा निर्देश के आलोक में ही चलेंगे।
उधर, बिहार के मुख्य सचिव दीपक कुमार ने भी बिहार के जिलों में लॉकडाउन को लेकर दिए गए आदेश की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। समस्या को देखते हुए जिलों के डीएम को फैसला लेने के लिए अधिकृत किया गया है। डीएम बढ़ते मामलों का आकलन करने के बाद लॉकडाउन का फैसला लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र होंगे।
इतना ही नहीं, कोरोना के बढ़ते प्रकोप को देखते हुए एक बार फिर से राजधानी स्थित सचिवालय के सभी कार्यालयों में आम आदमी की एंट्री पर रोक लगा दी गई है। मुख्य सचिव दीपक कुमार की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप की बैठक हुई। इसमें यह निर्णय लिया गया है। इस संबंध में विभाग की तरफ से सचिवालय के सभी सुरक्षा कर्मियों को निर्देश जारी कर दिया गया है। बता दें कि पटना सदर का अंचल कार्यालय सोमवार से ही सील कर दिया गया है। आइटी सेल का कर्मी पॉजिटिव पाया गया था। इसके बाद कार्यालय को सेनेटाइज किया जा रहा है।

Reimbursement of one pulse oximeter per family allowed under ECHS to fight COVID-19
As measuring of oxygen saturation level is one of the most important parameters for monitoring the health of COVID-19 patients, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DSEW) has decided to reimburse the cost of pulse oximeter purchased by the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) beneficiaries subject to the following conditions:
(a) The ECHS beneficiaries who have been tested positive for COVID-19 infection are permitted to purchase one pulse oximeter per family. In other words, in case there are more than one COVID positive cases in a family of ECHS beneficiary, they can claim reimbursement only for one pulse oximeter.
(b) The reimbursement shall be claimed as per actual cost of pulse oximeter, subject to a ceiling of Rs 1,200.
A crucial component in the appreciable growth in the COVID-19 testing is the increased number of diagnostic labs across the country. With 795 labs in the government sector and 324 private labs, there are as many as 1119 labs in the country. These include:
• Real-Time RT PCR based testing labs: 600 (Govt: 372 + Private: 228)
• TrueNat based testing labs: 426 (Govt: 390 + Private: 36)
• CBNAAT based testing labs: 93 (Govt: 33 + Private: 60)
Growing healthcare infrastructure of various types of COVID facilities adequately supported by ICU and oxygen supported beds, ventilators and other equipment has facilitated and ensured timely detection and effective clinical management of COVID-19 positive cases. With more COVID-19 patients recovering, the gap between the number of recovered cases and active cases has increased by 1,91,886 as on date.
During the last 24 hours, a total of 16,883 COVID-19 patients have been cured, taking the cumulative figure of recovered cases to 4,56,830 so far.
The rate of recovery among COVID-19 patients continues to increase over the days. It has touched 61.53% today.
Presently, there are 2,64,944 active cases and all are under medical supervision.

National COVID-19 Recovery Rate continues to sharply improve; touches 61.53%
The number of samples being tested for detection of COVID-19 is substantially growing every day. During the last 24 hours, 2,62,679 samples have been tested of which more than 53,000 samples have been tested in private labs. The cumulative number of samples tested, as of now is 1,04,73,771. As a result, the tests per million today stand at 7180. This is because of the sharply focussed “Test, Trace, Treat” strategy of the central Government, in coordination with the States/UTs.A crucial component in the appreciable growth in the COVID-19 testing is the increased number of diagnostic labs across the country.
